God Turned My Mourning into Dancing.

My life took an unfortunate turn early this year. My father died and soon after his death I lost my job. I attended one interview after another, but to my disappointment I did not get through even in one. As my responsibilities at home increased, I ran out of finance and I found it very difficult to cope with the pressure. I had my elderly mother to look after, for whom I could not even provide proper food as I was chocked with debt on every side. I was swamped with failure on every side. I was so depressed that I was finally on the verge of ending my life. ‘Death’ seemed like the only way of escape to me. It was at this juncture, on the 26th of June 2008, I turned on the TV and there I saw Joyce Meyer sharing the Word on God’s love. I was glued to the television like a thirty soul listening to each comforting word that Joyce spoke. At the end of the program, I realized that JESUS was the answer to all my problems. I dialed the toll free number that was on the screen. I shared all that I was going through to the counselor who answered my call. She encouraged me with promises from the Word of God and asked me to seek God fervently. The burden in my heart was lifted and a great joy filled me. I kept contacting the Joyce Meyer Ministries Call Center almost everyday for prayer. As I grew closer to Christ, the Lord blessed me with a good job. God is helping me to repay my debts and my mother’s health is improving by the day. Jesus Christ has truly turned my mourning into dancing!
